TECHNOLOGY
Patented Direct Drive motors – Capable of providing the maximum torque from 0 speed. Direct Drive motors eliminate the traditional belt, gear transmission & flywheel, typical of the traditional machines, without any power loss. Having less parts also eliminates wear and maintenance. Another important advantage is the energy savings characteristic of this technology.
Patented Servo Linear Introduction – in addition to the advantage of greater simplicity, offers a 0.01 mm precision blank position control throughout the entire machine cycle. Introduction adjustments are made through the control screen and adjusts to the diameter of the part and controls how hard the part is pushed into the dies.
Auto-Setup – dedicated software that allows for job storage of over 2000 programs and the technology for quick setup of several functions such as Die Match, Injector position, and vertical position of rails and vibe bowl.
